Fall Ball Sign Ups

Welcome to the 2025 Covington Fall Ball Registration!

Registration is now OPEN. We are looking forward to an awesome season!

Dates and Location of Play

All games will be played at Covington City Park on Sunday afternoon/evening, depending on the number of kids that sign up.

Games will begin on Sunday, September 7 and end Sunday, October 5.
Game dates: 9/7, 9/14, 9/21, 9/28 and 10/5. The number of games will depend on the
number of kids that sign up, but we are hoping for one game per week with
the possibility of double headers. Rain date possibility on 10/12 if fields are available.

In the event that games are canceled due to weather, we will do our best
to reschedule them accordingly but CANNOT guarantee it.  

Practices

Coaches may have one optional practice per week. This is due to kids participating in other fall sports. We ENCOURAGE other sports participation and do not want players having to choose.

Uniforms

Players will receive a t-shirt and a hat. 

Player Evaluations

We will hold a player skill day on Sunday, August 17  from 2:00pm-5:00pm. Your child should plan to attend for one hour anytime between 2:00pm-5:00pm (NOT all three hours).

The purpose of player skill day is to give coaches an opportunity to rate each player’s skills on a scale of 1-5 in order to split teams as evenly as possible.

What to bring: bat, glove, helmet.

 Age

The league divisions will be based on Spring 2026 ages (April 30, 2026). 

Minor League: 7, 8, 9 year old players
Must NOT turn 10 before April 30, 2026
(3 innings of coach pitch, 3 innings of kid pitch)

Major League: 10, 11, 12 year old players
Must NOT turn 13 before April 30, 2026.
(all kid pitch)
